
MIKIRI IS HIRING: EXPORT SALES EXECUTIVE!
We’re looking for an energetic and proactive teammate to grow our international customer base and manage overseas orders end-to-end.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Identify and develop new international customers and business opportunities.
– Manage export sales transactions and negotiate order terms with customers.
– Follow up on orders, provide after-sales support, and maintain strong customer relationships.
– Introduce new products, send offers/quotations, and keep customers updated with product information.
– Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
– Research, analyze, and update market trends and competitor information.
– Prepare relevant documents and participate in international trade fairs; travel for market visits when required.
– Prepare periodic reports and handle other assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Hardworking, honest, quick learner, and self-motivated.
– College/University degree in Economics, International Business/Foreign Trade, Logistics/Transportation, or related fields.
– Fluent in English for daily communication and business correspondence; strong MS Office skills.
– Solid knowledge of Incoterms, international trade contracts, international payment methods, logistics/transportation, and international trade operations.
– Familiar with or willing to learn legal regulations and customs procedures related to the company’s product categories.
– Having worked in the import–export sector is an added advantage.
